from level 30 which i should reach in a maximum of 2 weeks ( casual play ) i can play ranked games against people at the max level ( 30) from which point all the people are put in a queue in games based on their ELO
the game is free and if you are not curious to play with some characters you can do it with the free characters of the week + playing the games = gaining exp + IP ( influential points) which can be used to unlock other characters
